Email, Spam, and Junkmail - I wish there was an Auto Create Filter in Gmail

I wish Gmail made it easier to filter Junkmail.
I would say there are three main types of email:
1. Email. Messages you want to always read: emails from coworkers, family members, your favorite mailing lists, etc.
